Teams won't stop over the top coverage because you can pass against it, they do it because you successfully run against it, which the Jaguars never did in 2016, that's why the Jaguars saw a lot of pass coverage schemes instead of run stop schemes, it's also why it's clear Coughlin knows that aspect of the game must be fixed.
