He needs to play on the inside in a 4-3 scheme, where he can use his power and technique to get by slower interior linemen. To me, it makes much more sense to add a true edge pass rusher in the middle rounds of the draft.

The Dline rotates more than any other spot. A rookie first round pick on the Dline is still going to be playing 400+ snaps. He's too small to play on the inside he's a strongside DE, has the same combine numbers as Michael Bennett and lots of other strong side DEs who make a living with superior technique, strength, motor and overall IQ.
