I saw Cook's stock fall once the injury and off the field issues started popping up.  The difference with him falling and Fournette from my understand is he is worse off the field and his injuries are more of a concern.  With that being said i am concerned with Fournette and his issues with injuries just as well although he's still a Majority TOP 5 player.  When i watch the games these two played i see Cook as being wayyyyyyyyyyyy more elusive and being called upon wayyyyyy more being the superstar back for his team.  

 

I just don't see Fournette as a Superstar RB yet since he didn't get to showcase it being in a committee at LSU.  if the majority of scouts believe Fournette is a better RB than Cook despite injuries and off the field concerns, which is basically what everyone is saying.  I have to respectfully agree to disagree.
