I hope for the sake of the team and us fans that he comes out like gang busters next year and develops into a top 5 QB, but history is not on his side.


History is never on any qbs side. Many franchises have gone through multiple qbs until they have the guy. Then he gets old and the search starts all over again. If he is the one then we won't have to look for another 14 years. If not we draft another one in the next 2-3 and try again. Its just a part of the game.
