Meh, I don't make sweeping generalizations except in the case of Hollywood.
I think the problem with teachers are the unions. They allow bad teachers to keep teaching and instead of rewarding great teachers, it allows all teachers to get measly pay raises instead of the ones that deserve it getting large pay increases. There's zero incentive to be a good teacher. |
