So far, there is no evidence that they did, and not even Trump is alleging that they did. Remember how the DNC emails from this time period all got hacked? There's nothing in those emails pointing to them knowing stuff about Trump that the public didnt already know.
So how could it be politically motivated spying or unmasking if the politicians that might have wanted that information didnt get any early access to it?

The whole Russia Trump narrative was a political response to the embarrassment of the Russia hack.  It INCLUDED the direct surveillance of American citizens by state actors in violation of their constitutional rights.  The fact that the Trump campaign DIDNT do anything wrong doesn't excuse the attempts by her satellites to spy on and provide propaganda against his campaign associates.

You're begging the question.  You're not answering my question.
1) DoJ, in spying on the Trump campaign, did not collude with any candidate or any party or any PAC.
2) DoJ may have violated constitutional rights of some, I don't know, but it wasn't done with the intent or result of hurting Trump or helping Hillary.
My only question, for the third time, is do you have specific evidence to show that (1) or (2) is not true?
