JIB is the one who made the accusation that one or both of the two most recent presidents of Ukraine rigged their election. The burden of proof is on him not me.

The interview of Derek Frasier, the former Canadian Ambassador to Ukraine, begins at the 29:40 mark. Election fraud was an enormous part of the Presidential election in Ukraine in 2012. According to what was expressed in this interview, that wasn't the case in the 2014 and 2019 Presidential elections in 2019:
