Most of us I think where waiting to see what this team would REALLY look like with it's new QB and the defense rested and healthy. This is a team now 5 years removed from a roster overhaul and it's time we start admitting this project has failed.

I would abolish the position of "VP of Football Operations." I don't know what the purpose of that position is.
