What's alarming is he seems to have used the last game of the season to settle a beef with the front office. It's like he didn't care who he angered, the execs or the players. Makes me wonder if he's simply burnt out at this point and needs to take a season off to recoup.

I can't speak to what is going on into his mind, other than what he said at his press conference.

But to the extent he may be capable of coaching this year, I would like him to be in Jacksonville if at all possible.
