Did he have enough demonstrated ability to put team ahead of self to win the Super Bowl and have three straight playoff seasons?

Neither side is going to sway in this argument, and that is fine. My opinion, in the most succinct terms, is that his arrow is pointing down. I get that my opinion screams of recency bias. But I am not going to justify the hire just because of something he did three years ago, especially when the prevailing opinion around here is that had we not turned turtle in the second half of the AFCCG, that the Iggles were not nearly the threat that NE posed.
