I mean he has had the same Achilles heel for at least 3 years now. 

Either he doesn't really care, is completely oblivious, or has a complete mental block like how every once in awhile professional golfer can no longer putt or a tennis player can no longer serve. 

I think he is making a mistake not going to the Olympics for Australia. Its an actual competition that has less pressure than anything he will have in the NBA. A good opportunity to just fight his way through it.
