Yeah, he's been one of my favorite WRs in this draft.  65 would be a great value pick for Brown.  If Urban does want to add a WR early though I'd take Elijah Moore.  Moore has been my favorite WR behind the top 3 for a while now and I thought we might be able to get him at 45 or even 33.  Now almost every mock I see has him going in the 1st, I think more people are finally realizing how good he really is and his potential.  I'd honestly be thrilled with Moore at 25 but I do like Brown like you say

I also like Elijah Moore and believe he'll be a very good pro. Brown in the 3rd would be better value than Moore at 33. Also, Moore is going to be a slot receiver and I believe Shennault will fill that role. He is not as fast as Moore, but his YAC is probably better due to the number of tackles he breaks.
