Besides, no one cares if a backup is unhappy, they have no leverage, and anything negative he does will lessen his opportunities elsewhere.

No one is content being a back up, but the only thing you can do is to work hard to improve yourself so you get an opportunity to be a starter.

Agreed. With a 17 game season, having a good backup QB is the most essential insure policy a team could have. Minshew is too good to let walk. I would keep him for the next two years.
