It's easy to make arguments when you ignore what's been said before.  You're particularly good at it.

They had to keep Minshew warm until it was certain Lawrence could start.  How green was he in the first three weeks?   Hopelessly green, that's how much.  The Jags went backwards on last year to start this year.  The org had to decide whether TLaw was good enough to start and learn on the job or whether he need time in the number two spot before starting.  Of course they always hoped to start Lawrence and move Minshew on.  But Lawrence had to achieve a minimum level of competency before they could do that.  And it's obvious that after week 2 of the pre-season they decided to pull the trigger and go backwards to go forwards (which is what happened).



You guys tie yourselves into some horrendous knots in order to convince yourselves that you're all geniuses and everyone at Jacksonville is a moron.

It was obvious to anybody with eyes the moment the two stepped on the field together and threw the football side by side. So save me with that bull [BLEEP] bud. Lawrence has more natural ability in his little finger than Minshew does in his entire body. I like Minshew and all but it was never close and never should have been dragged on until 2 weeks before game 1. All it did was hurt Trevor's reps, reps, reps that you're now trying to preach.
