When people take up most of the space in the break room refrigerator with bulky soft coolers. What is the point of keeping your lunch in an insulated bag if you’re going to put it in the fridge?

I invested in some ice packs for my lunch. Id rather it sit near me than unattended in a cooler with a bunch of weirdos. Cant trust people these days.
