We need a coaching staff that has experience - you can't have a young team with a young, inexperienced coaching staff - this really shouldn't be THAT hard to figure out.

Why not Mike Sherman for Head Coach if they look to replace Gus Bradley or try to steal him from miami if you wish to replace Fisch?

Kyle Shanahan would probably make a good HC too.

I'm protesting this poll because it discriminates against Corn and Blank #2, both of which are long-time participants in any serious poll on this forum.

Also, because it only gives us two options, neither one appropriate. I don't think the Jaguars should be targeting a college OC for the position. If they do replace Fisch, I think they should be after a pro coach, either an experienced position coach with coordinator experience or a recently-fired head coach. The head coach route has the added benefit of lighting a fire under Bradley's butt (or pouring gas on one that's currently there) by putting a potential in-season replacement on the payroll if the miserable results creep into 2015.

Meh I'll toss Greg Roman out there but he'll still more than likely get a HC job soon.

He has to go. IF he does do who would be his ideal replacement? I really can't think of anyone.

Couldn't fit this in the countless other threads?

needed its own topic because it seems like I'm not the only one who is wondering who could potentially be Jedd Fisch's replacement.
