I want an experienced NFL OC who has a good history of getting a lot out of rookie and young QBs, maybe even one has been a head coach before.

 

No more inexperienced or college guys.

I mean I'm not a huge fan of the guy myself.  But given the choices...

he was actually with the jaguars back in 2000 too as a quality control assistant haha
