Ironically, it turns out that you are the first one to do the whining...

If nothing else the first two weeks shows just how important Jonathon Cyprien is.

He's way more than a Donovin Darius clone - he actually has range and ball hawking ability. He's going to be a star.

Quote:Well the complaining's gotten painfully old around here, so lets take a breather and focus on what's going right!

First and foremost, Bortles.  If he is what he appears to be, all this other stuff is trivial.  By far the most important thing in the NFL is to have a stud signal caller, something we've arguably never had.  This is huge.

Cyp may turn out to be a bona fide star.

The WR corps has serious potential looking foward.

We have THE greatest owner in football. Period.

The coaching staff has potential.

Our GM appears to be good at identifying talent.  Time will tell.

What else...

Greatest owner in football?  Why, because he has a moustache, because there's not many other reasons.

The coaching staff, maybe other than the DL coach has not shown ONE SINGLE thing.

The same GM that looks shaky as all he** right now?

No way.

What more could you possibly want out of shad? And who ever said anything about his moustache?

Don't you know?  He isn't making Bradley play the rook.  He's obviously a worse human being than Charles Manson.  Obviously.

Dang it, this was what I was gonna post. Our run D has been good. Also getting 5 sacks in one half? When was the last time that happened?

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

I was actually thinking the same thing. We will probably be able to trade down and still get the best FS or RB in the draft. Also, you can add a non-LT piece to the o-line in the mid rounds.

young receivers look promising, pass rush has improved and i'm optimistic we can only go up from here.

  • Just 353 days until we see Bortles start his first NFL game.  Almost a third of the way from drafting him to starting him!
  • Bryan Anger could set a record for punting yards in a season
  • Just two more games, and we'll probably break double digit third down completions
  • The Eagles may have made a comeback against us, but they did it against Indianapolis too
  • Thanks to the lowly Redskins, we know to lower our expectations for this year
  • Andrew Luck still looks far from his predecessor's level, and will likely never reach it

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

The Jags only missed 20 tackles?
