Which top prospects do you think will bust?

Gotya, there's just not too many interior defensive linemen in the NFL that have a combination of Donald's exlposiveness and strength, it's rare. There's no pressure like interior pressure, Donald does that better than anyone.

Quote:Remember when Aaron Curry was the most can't miss prospect coming out? Sometimes.... Ya never know.

The league has since learned from that mistake, don't take a linebacker in the top 5 if he can't rush the paser, and Curry certainly (even at Wake Forest) wasn't a pass rusher.

You wouldn't take Luke Kuechley top 5?

I understand your logic but lets say Ray Lewis is born again... you wouldn't take him Top 5?

No I wouldn't, because the bust potential for a non pass rushing linebacker is just way too high Imo. The examples you gave of Kuechley (9th overall) and Ray Lewis (26th overall) prove my point, you don't draft non pass rushing linebackers in the top 5, they're usually available later in the draft.

And as good as Kuechly is. Would he go in the top 5 if you "re-drafted" the 2012 draft?

If we're talking to hindsight then of course you consider him, unfortunately that's impossible.

My picks:

Robinson, OT - I just don't think he can pass set. He's a big guy that moves nicely, but so was Jason Smith. I don't think he pans out.

Evans, WR - He's big and physical, but you need to generate separation at the next level. I don't think he'll learn how to do it.

Manziel, QB - Just too willing to lean on his own abilities to make plays. The QB in the NFL gets the ball to the playmakers; I don't think Manziel will learn how to do that.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Kuechley and probably sean lee would go no lower than top 7 in their respective draft classes in a redraft.

edit: and those guys dont have anywhere near the potential or ceiling of Mack. so i guess all im doing is justifying taking mack in the top 5 haha

biggest potential bust.... greg robinson

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

I think Gilbert might turn out to be one of the best pro's from this draft.

Teddy, Robinson, Ebron

Robinson was a one year wonder at Auburn. Remember 2 years ago Auburn was 3-9 and had a terrible run and pass offense. This coming from the biggest Auburn fan you ever met.

I would have a hard time picking him # 2. He could be fantastic though. He as stated before has a high ceiling.
