From what I've heard inside the stadium, he and Joeckel have been joined at the hip rehabbing together and Brewster has put on some noticeable weight.  Maybe his game will improve like Meester's did moving to the middle.  Adding weight certainly won't hurt.

I agree it's like a soap opera on this board.  FBT and Mad Dog arguing over nothing in atleast 3 threads near the top of the front page.  The natives are restless because there is nothing to talk about.

 

Brewster will get his chance in camp.  Caldwell signed a ton of UDFA's last year so who knows what the line is going to look like on opening day.

Agreed. The Pointless arguing in every thread with the dumb dog needs to stop. It would be nice if we as a collective could just ignore TMD, because apparently he can't be permanently banned.

Meester also wasn't very good when Coughlin questionably moved him to Guard, rather than Center, which was his natural position from college, IIRC.


Then, I think it was Del Rio, who ultimately moved Meester back to Center. And the rest was history.


Maybe the same thing can happen with Brewster.

Yes, Meester was a four year starter at center for UNI.


If we could find another Meester with a move like this...that would go a long way to improving the offensive line. Brewster has to stay healthy though or it won't matter.
