I did like this analysis from him though.

Analysis: I'm not convinced Case Keenum is the long-term answer at the QB position

Gee...no kidding.

How? The only team on their schedule that played yesterday (BAL) won.

We both played Oakland.

SOS is pretty much irrelevant as it pertains to the Houston. Buffalo is 4 games behind NE and Cleveland is 1 1/2 behind Baltimore. It's going to take a big turnaround from one of those teams to swing the SOS in Houston's favor.

The bottom line is, if we're tied at the end of the season, we pick first.

Quote:I might be the only person here who thinks this and I am sure people will let me hear it for saying this but its still too early to be positive that Luck is going to be in the Manning / Brady class. He will be a really good QB, that is obvious, but to take that step to be elite, to be that once in a generation player is a big one. We won't know if he is that guy for a while. He might just be a really good QB, not one to fear for a decade. You can't play year to year trying to avoid other teams from drafting certain players.

Agreed. Luck hasn't shown that he is elite at this point. He is very, very good, but I'm not anointing him Brady/Manning status.

Not even close but of course he's good. At this point Russel Wilson is by far the best of the of the 'big three' from that draft class.

Manning and Brady can make ham sandwich receivers look elite. Luck can't. That is the difference between "Elite" and "Good".
