Quote:It's all a part of the plan boys and girls. First they trade Monroe and then allow Joeckel to" fake" an injury. This gets the Jags one step closer to the number one pick!

Sort of.

The trade and that injury are completely unrelated, but both ultimately have the same end result for this team.
Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Monroe was responsible for Flacco's pick six.  He got beat bad.

Once again, you're putting on a clinic in ignorance. Good job.

Funny that Monroe was responsible for it when he was INACTIVE today.

LJ looked pretty solid while he was in there against a premium edge rusher. I was excited to watch him develop at LT at the NFL level before we drafted Bridgewater, but it looks like they will both be starting fresh next year, along with 4 other new people on the O-line.

Oh he was?  lol.  The guy looked exactly him.  Even had the neck thing Monroe loves.

This is a total bummer. This season was about the rookies. 2013 has officially turned to shoot.

High ankle fracture. Out for year.

Done for the year. Broken ankle.

Per Sexton on the post-game show. Straight from the coaches mouth.

What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Not to mention the fact that we whiffed on an even better trade from the Browns.

Expect to get flamed but also expect the same people who started the "Gene Smith is a genius" thread 4 years ago to throw barbs now and then backtrack once the truth becomes painfully obvious.

Lemmings are the same no matter how many times you repeat history.

The injury is unfortunate, but all it does is further assure we are in the drivers seat for the top pick in May.

Historically, is this the kind of injury you can recover 100% from?

Like I said in the other thread. Lemmings will cling to a rumor like they were on the phone when Cleveland called despite the fact that the report has been debunked.

I think Demarco Murray had the injury last year.

We were well on our way even with Joeckel. Man this stinks.
