Props to Tyler Shatley

Shatley gave up a lot of pressure. He's serviceable and do okay, but need Linder back.

We definitely missed Linder. Against a weak opponent like the Browns, Shatley could be good enough, but not this week.

Why would you think it is? Anyone who watched both guys play this season knows we need Linder back.

Not saying Linder isn’t better but we only threw the ball 14 times. When was there an opportunity to even give up a lot of pressure?

Think about it. If Linder was available Hackett could have called more than 14 pass plays.

Lol no. That is not how the game played out at all. After the two pick sixes there was no reason to even attempt any more passes

No, he's not better than Linder. You need to really watch Linder play in the run game to notice how he's constantly getting to the second level while having his way with defenders. Shatley impressed tho, and demonstrated a lot more power than I even thought he had in him. He's not about to replace Linder even for a few downs, but it's not the end of the world if he has to start.

I have watched Linder in the run game.  I would like to see Shatley at C and Linder at RG, see how the line plays

That might work out ok, but not because Shatley is better than Linder... he's not even close... but because Linder is so good at G.

Are you serious? There was a lot of time left after the second one. Notice how much time was left in the game after Barry Church caught a pass.
