Props to Shatley, he didn't [[EDITED]] himself playing center today.

There isn't any doubt Linder is a much better pass blocker than Shatley but I feel Shatley is a bit better of a run blocker. Mad some nice holes up the middle today. I remember last year hearing about how Shatley was the strongest player on the team and it showed today the way he created holes in the run game. They should keep Shatley at C and put Linder back at RG and I feel this oline would be better

I doubt many people here will take you seriously with a username like that.

If I posted that verb, I would have a warning here. There is no common sense to the moderation of this place anymore.

I made the username because some people here make me think derp after their posts. The warning is probably otw, but Shatley played well so I'll take one for the team ?

I had hoped that moving to the new digs would have given us more freedom of speech, but it seems, if anything, it's even more oppressing.  This is a site for grown adults to voice their joy or displeasure about anything Jags related... not a school for choirboys.

I wonder if Shatley at C and Linder at RG was ever discussed?

Just claim to have an illness and say you can't help it. Carte Blanch for anyone who does that.

Classic  Laughing
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

He's the strongest guy on the team, so him being a good run blocker no surprising, but his issue is technical, but we have kept him around for a reason

For an old man, you sure have a lot of growing up to do.

I wasn’t that impressed with him. I suppose, for a back up, he wasn’t terrible. But he was the reason for a lot of the pressure.

No, he's not better than Linder. You need to really watch Linder play in the run game to notice how he's constantly getting to the second level while having his way with defenders. Shatley impressed tho, and demonstrated a lot more power than I even thought he had in him. He's not about to replace Linder even for a few downs, but it's not the end of the world if he has to start.

This forum is just as much about the Jaguars as the old one. I can't comment on choirboys.

On topic, I like Tyler Shatley as a backup because it is important to have good depth players.

Shatley might have to face Aaron Donald this week. God rest his soul if so.

I will not worry about it if Linder practices.
