This thread is about Richard Sherman. I would much rather face a Seattle team with him starting than face a Seattle team with a backup. Think about it this way. Is an accomplishment (a victory) really an accomplishment if it's "easy"? I would have liked to face Houston again with a healthy Watson just like I would like to face Tennessee with a healthy Mariota, just like I would like to face <insert team> with a healthy <insert player>. To be the best you have to beat the best. There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't. We show less advertisements to registered users. I see the point about playing a team at their best. But if those injuries occurred on the Jags, we’d be saying, ‘next man up’. Team would need to step up and perform. Does that not hold true to our opponents? Whichever year it was, last year or year before, we seemed to face every teams back up QB. They stepped up and handed us many L’s that year. So I guess I’m saying, “what’s it really matter?”

A win is a win. A SB ring is a SB ring... doesn't matter who you faced to get there. Injuries pile up all the time in the NFL. No matter the opponents or the state of their roster (ours is far from perfect/healthy halfway through the season) the wins count and a Superbowl victory would feel just as sweet if it came against the best the NFL had to offer or otherwise. Snowflake is the right's term for the left... it's always been political in nature when used in the manner you used it.... but I digress. To be the best, you have to make it to the SB and win. Period. Clots beat the Grossman led Bears... you think Manning gives a hoot he didn't face off VS the better NFC team that year? Nope. Got him his first ring. The NFL has 32 teams, and no matter how bad any of them may be, winning in the NFL is never easy. Think teams will feel bad beating us with AR15 out? With our OL falling apart as the season goes on? Nahhh
Snowflake is a pejorative for whiny college kids. Though they tend to be lefties, the commonality is that they're all whiny, entitled, spoiled brats.
