Richard Sherman done for the season.

Looks like a torn Achilles’ tendon. That game just got a little easier.

I don't know. Reading lips on the sideline- I'm not so sure.

Of course - it would be great to face them minus Sherman. I don't wish injury on anyone, but... fingers crossed he can't quite make it back.

Arizona is looking like a win.

That offense makes so many unforced errors.

Game over when AZ misses the 4th Q 4th down conversion

They tried, but between Stanton and receivers dropping balls... couldn't do it

Retraction - it does seem like he said torn Achilles - contrary to my prior lip reading

Arizona definitely looks vulnerable and now Seattle is diminished on defense. I’m glad our schedule has us playing Arizona on the road and Seattle at home. Both winnable games IMO.

Arizona was already a winnable game, and it is unfortunate that Sherman is out for the year. You'd like to play them at their best, and now it'll be just another excuse for the world to diminish what I believe would have been and still will be a sound trashing of the overrated Seahags, with or without Sherman. I'm looking forward to watching Fournette plow over Chancellor and Wagner.

No Sherman, maybe no Earl Thomas too if his hammy is still bad

Stinks for Sherman. Seahawks would have won handily last night if they could have maybe even cut down on penalties by half.

Both teams look very beatable though. Seattle and Arizona both have key injuries that make them vulnerable.

I'm sorry for Sherman, I always prefer to see the best players on the field. The Seattle game will be challenging anyway, even if the Seahawks aren't the same as a 2-3 years ago they still have qualities to make it a really difficult game for us.

Arizona is horrible, I can't imagine how we lose that game.
Their wins have been against Tampa Bay (who's having a terrible season and they barely won), twice against San Francisco (one in overtime) and against the Colts (at overtime as well).

I always feel bad for players when they get hurt, but Sherman is one of the players that I feel one of the least sorry for.

The "beat them at their best" theory is silly. I want these victories to be as EASY as possible. Why would you want it any other way?

Sucks for them and Sherman but great news for Bortles.

Side note* Cards could not get their running game going at all vs the Seahawks. I hope the Jags can. YIKES

He was walking around on it on the sideline. I didn't know that was possible with that injury.

Gabbert will be starting when we play Arizona.

I hope.

We will have people hurt when the game time comes as well.  When the time comes I don't care if half their defense is out.  A win is a win.

Fyi Doug, your union had a chance to negotiate against this and they were absolutely horrible and failed miserably.  You voted those people into place.  Hold your representatives accountable, not the NFL.

Everyone wants to make the NFL owners and Goodell out to be the bad people here when in reality the players union is at fault for all of this.  If they had leadership in place that could negotiate when the time came, they would have more power and a better structure in place against these things.  They were more worried about not hitting at practice during the season than anything else.  They got their way in some ways and not in the others.

Of course you do snowflake.

Me and a few others would like to see victories against teams that put up their best.

Richard Sherman is Seattle's Jalen Ramsey.  I hate to see a player of that caliber (any player for that matter) to go down with a season ending injury.

Hey hey admin... snowflake comments go in political section!
I don't care where or how the Ws come personally....

Are you going to get extra cookies for having a team face of against the best of the best of the best?

You think Manning is sad he didn't face a fearful team in his first SB win instead getting to face off VS Rex frickin Grossman?

You should try to play nice Mr. Admin.
