What about the legendary TODD BOUMAN or the man behind the chin and amazing 80's porn stache Chad "Chenne" Henne

Bouman only if it's a dramatic sculpture of him on his tractor, answering the Bou-phone as the Bou Signal shines in the sky above. We show less advertisements to registered users. Someday, when they analyze the history of hall of fame QBs, it's all going to come back to the mentoring by Chad Henne. Kudos for the Jags keeping him out of the hands of the Patriots as Tom Brady continually lobbied their GM to being him to New England for mentoring.

While Mark Brunell was a very good QB for the team he was never really anything special, especially after he got injured. I recall his "signature move" after his injury being running for the sidelines and throwing the ball away. Just my opinion, but the only 3 players in the Jaguars' short history to even be considered would be (in no particular order) Fred Taylor, Jimmy Smith and Tony Boselli. While many of the other past players mentioned were very good and in some cases pro bowel level (as if that means anything in today's NFL) none of them accomplished or meant to the game what the three that I selected did. There are 10 kinds of people in this world. Those who understand binary and those who don't.

At the end of the day, Brunell was just an average QB. For those who don't like Greg Jones in my honorable mentions, I agree that he doesn't deserves a "Mount Rushmore" appearance. But if Fred Tayor and MJD were that good, it's also because Greg was there to open huge holes for them. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! I submit there will be an offensive bias, and there at least should be a defensive Mount Rushmore . If a defensive Rushmore... Brackens Stroud Mathis Ramsey Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!

Darius - hardest hitting safety that nobody knew about. Knocked out Ferguson. Went head up with Bettis several times. Pretty good ball skills for a SS.
Brackens - Most sacks overall. Pro Bowl back in 1998. Helped bust open the playoff game vs Miami at home. Best second round pick ever, arguably. Ramsey - already the best CB we’ve ever had. Just hasn’t had time to put up numbers like Mathis. He may not ever bc QBs will shy away from him. Mathis - I remember he had Pittsburgh’s number when he played against them. He has picked off some great QBs. He was always healthy. Had a league high 8 picks back in 2006 I believe. Just missed the cut - Stroud, Henderson, Poz, Hardy. |
