I caught a ton of flack on this board last year for calling out Lawrence's bad play.   Sure he had the Indy game and Sure he had some Wow moments throughout the season.  The entire body of work on the other hand was bad for a 1st overall pick.   Lawrence suffered from very inconsistent accuracy most of the year combined with his lack of touch on the ball.   It wasn't until the Colts game that I actually seen him lob a pass to a rb instead of 500mph bullets.   I was kinda on the fence about his future but brighter days maybe ahead.

Looks like Pederson saw many of the same Lawrence struggles and decided its time to rebuild him from the ground up.  He is treating this season as Lawrence rookie year so that should get us all excited.  If he was able to turn Wentz into an MVP candidate and win a Superbowl  With Nick Foles the man knows his stuff.     Good stuff in this interview

Really nice interview. I must have missed the part where he said TL played horrendous, body of work was bad and he was a bust. My take was he needs to know just what TL knows and doesn't know. That is why he is starting from ground level. Pretty sound process since we have a new coaching staff and none of them have a lot of time with him.

Good, bad, or otherwise last year was last year.   The most important person's opinion on the matter is Doug Pederson and obviously he saw enough issues to start from scratch.

You don't say those things about a Qb who was fine.    As I have stated, there are currently many issues with Lawrence's game.    Hopefully Doug can work his magic and get Lawrence good.
