The main negative effects humidity has on players are cramps and dehydration, which cause players to temporarily be removed from the game. Breathing problems usually happen in mile-high Denver, where oxygen masks are available on both sidelines. I am sure there is a slight advantage or we would not wear white jerseys and pants in September, even though it is not much.

The Jaguars are prepared for it. They know how to handle high temperatures. I read most Jaguars players stay in Jacksonville during the offseason.

The biggest effect will be on players not being fully prepared.  If players are properly hydrated and keep doing so throughout the game, there should be little-to-no impact on their performance.  That goes for players of both teams.
