I'd be happy stockpiling a bunch of 6th and 7th round picks for most of our players.

Anything higher would be that much better.

Give the next GM a blank slate and lets fix this mess completely. Would also coincide very well with the stadium renovation timeline so it would be a great time to truly REBUILD - both literally and metaphorically.

For better or worse (worse IMO), the next GM will have to inherit Lawrence, Hines-Allen, and Campbell's contract, so it won't be a blank slate.

It shouldn't be a blank slate.  We don't have to rebuild.  We just need a better GM and HC combo.  There's dead weight, sure.  But this is not a tear it all down situation.  This is a reload situation. 

This team is not a total loss.  I don't know people think that way.  There are good players at every position group.  We just need better leadership.
