Pick the one with the least amount of people I'll take that one.

I spent a half day in Sydney. After checking out the Opera House I walked around downtown for a few hours. I would definitely like to go back for a serious visit.

Vodice, Croatia. Was there for a week in August of last year. Would like to go back ASAP.

I've never been there.   I'd like to go sometime, though.

I've been to Hong Kong, but never Singapore.  I was in Hong Kong for 5 days a couple of years ago.   I'm not sure I choose it to spend a whole month.  It certainly has the greatest subway system I've ever seen, and great food.

That's the most beautiful city I've ever visited.  That would be a contender, because it checks all the boxes: art, architecture, great food, public parks, historical sites, lots of things to do.

I've never been to Chicago.  My wife is scared of all the shootings.  But your idea does appeal to me, because I love big cities.

That's the most beautiful small city I've ever been to.  Nice and cool, with a big lake and snow-capped mountains.   And in Switzerland, you don't need a car.   They have infrastructure that runs like clockwork.  Everything exactly on time, everything interconnects.  It's amazing.  I'm just not sure I'd want to spend a whole month there.   What would you do for a month?

Not to derail the thread (because it is awesome) ... Pick a city anywhere in the world to live out life, forever. Oh, and add a link via Google Earth (can that even be done?).

I would have to do a few days of research to make that bold of a decission ... I'm going to start dwindling down my list by scratching off Aleppo as a possibility.

To live out life forever, I'd have to say Jacksonville.   The weather, the football team, my friends and family, golf, beaches.   I wouldn't take a vacation here.   But to live out the rest of my life, I think maybe right here.  I don't like cold weather.   I like big cities, but they're too stressful and polluted to live in a long time.  I guess I'd have to say I'd be happy living out the rest of my life in the Jacksonville suburbs.    Or maybe St. Augustine.

Tough question...

Probably that place where Harry Potter and Emma Watson live.

Have you seen my baseball?

Stay away from the South Side and it's plenty safe. Chicago itself doesn't even rank in the top 20 most dangerous cities in the US. At least it didn't last month lol

I would have my wife and son, I would spend time with them and just take in one of the most breathtaking cities in the world. Forget all of my worries and just relax.

Sounds pretty good, right?

Lucerne is amazing.  I've been twice, but have never spent much time there. (overnight)

The "old-town" is really incredible in terms of the number of medieval period structures that have remained well preserved.  The famous covered bridge is more impressive in person.

There's a scenic cruise around the lake in one of those long boats with the panoramic windows, a couple of casinos, a few beautiful old cathedrals to see and repent for your gambling, and they have a few different music festivals in the summer months - also a blues fest in November.

Of course - if you go in the winter, there is world class skiing within an hour's drive.
