We have no idea whether Bowanko can play anything other than center with any semblance of effectiveness.

Bowanko is the O-Line equivalent of Allen Burns.  Yes, he was't undrafted, but he was a LATE round pick up.  Therefore, he's instantly my favorite lineman playing for the Jaguars.  I'd like to see him given the opportunity to succeed or fail...  Based on his heart and how well he progressed last year as the rookie center, I think he could be the answer at LG...  But we'll never know if he's not given the chance in game.

I think Cann is the answer at LG for the future. Though I don't disagree Bo or Shatley would probably be an upgrade for the rest of this season
