Yes, I know it's still early in the season. And yes, I know we're only 2-5.


But I think that players like ARob, Hurns and Yeldon might be making a case for a pro bowl call up by the end of the season. Although, unfortunately there are a lot of "big names" who will be ahead of them in the WR and RB categories.


Anyone else who may be in with a shout ? Poz maybe ? (2 interceptions now and a large number of tackles)

 

If Poz can remain healthy and get a couple more picks... he'll be in the Pro Bowl for sure!

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

I dunno, Poz went to the ProBowl before as a Jaguar & prior to his Injury he was leading the NFL in tackles... he has two INTs (leads the team and is tied 11th in the NFL) so if he remains healthy & maybe with a little luck gets more picks/sacks he stands a good chance of getting in...

 

WR Allen Robinson is currently ranked 6th in Yards, (tied for 1st) in Touchdowns with 6, tied for 4th in 40+ yard catches with 3 & has made some really impressive catches along with Allen Hurns.  If QB Blake Bortles can get better pass protection than he has before along with an actual decent run game & a healthy productive TE Thomas to take off the double coverage.. then maybe one of the Allens might make it...

Arob , bortles , poz and telvin are all possibles. You cant deny flash plays and telvins pic-6 and following stuff of Foster for a big loss wont go completely unnoticed.


Arob is putting up great numbers and bortles plays that flashy big play + scramble style that new fans like.

Yao Ming wasn't that good? The dude averaged 20pts 9rebs and 2 blocks a game for his career. All while dealing with severe foot injuries. If it wasn't for the bad feet, dude would have been a HOF player. Go check his stats.
