I don't think they will choose an actual QB to start. I think it may be their plan to use both in certain situations. I think they'll play Grier if they want to attack the secondary with a pocket passer. Harris is good if they're playing back and not sending pressure. He'll be able to make a lot of plays with his legs and keep defenses on their toes.

 

If you think about it, this can work in college football. 

 

the difference between this situation and others is Grier/Harris are playing but then sitting for one or two drives.  That has to mess with your consistency.

 

Most college teams who use two QBs have one passer and one option QB.  The option QB usually only plays here and there.
