Yeldon best rookie rb

Every year we get excited about some rookie and they never live up to expectations Gabbert, Blackmon, Jokel, Bortles, and now TJ this year.Learn how to spell Joeckel but you might be too young to understand my request. ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. The addition of Doug Marrone as the OLine coach should dramatically improve the run game this year combined with TJ Yeldon getting the tough yards and Corey Grant getting the explosive yards on the outside I expect the team will run a majority of the plays this year.
Quote:Did you miss his 4ypc at Bama while Derek Henry was getting 7ypc ?He averaged 5yards per carry while injured, that's far from average. You can't really say someone is average off one season that you consider down, you have to look at their body of work, which his is far from average. One last thing, henry didn't average 7.3yards per game,he averaged 5.8yards per game.

Some people might get excited about every rookie but not me, I wasn't excited about gabbert,Luke,or bortles. With blackmon he was living up to expectations but his life decisions got the best of him. With Bortles I wasn't thrilled about him when we drafted him I preferred Bridgewater, but I have hope for bortles. With that being said I haven't been this excited about a rookie since Stroud and Henderson. If yeldon doesn't preform i'll be the first to say that I jumped the gun.
I dont know the one rookie I was truly excited about watching in the last few years was Telvin Smith, and so far he hasnt disappointed me at all.

Too early to tell plus a homer pick. Also it usually is not someone picked by prognosticators. Someone out of the pack.

A few fans said he was a bad tackler and bad against the run, but they also forget he is a rookie & I felt he did really good against the run with a few behind the line of scrimage tackles.

What I like most about telvin is the fact he is able to play in coverage,he's very athletic, and he always seems to be involved in plays. Quote:From what I seen of him at Alabama and his combine, I think that Yeldon is going to be the best out of the rookie running backs this year. Throw in Ameer Abdullah and Tevin Coleman into the mix and this could potentially be the most impactful rookie RB crops in a long time.

I think this rb group has great talent, but im not sold on Abdullah he's very small his best case would be Darren sproles. As for Coleman he's great in open space with his speed but Idk if it will translate seamlessly in the nfl. Hopefully all these guys have excellent careers.
Quote:How about "I've"? That would be acceptable as well.

I done seent me a grammar thread!
I like many of the phrases in this thread. I think theiyr're all rite on the money! on topic: No clue who the best rookie back will be, but Yeldon might have a slim chance if this o-line makes big strides. Otherwise - we won't get to really find out.
Quote:Could've* Some people on here make me ashamed to be a jags fan smh. They worry more about grammar than the team. Only in the jungle can you find so many classless fans.
Quote:I done seent me a grammar thread! As for your unfunny attempt of a grammar riddled post. Not one person on the jungle posted in that manner. |
