Should the Jaguars start tanking?

#41

No way anyone trades up for Winston near the top of the draft.  The guy is a disaster and a complete loser, GMs will be scared to death.  I don't see him being touched in the top ten, regardless of trades.

Quote:He's not a loser, look at him on the sidelines, he's a leader like Tom Brady.  He gets in his teammates faces. He's led them to a championship and could do so again.
Troll on.

I think they were honestly that bad. But I feel you. I dont know why this tanking thing comes up every year.

If you think I offended you, don't worry, I meant to. #facts

It'll fall on deaf ears. I believe what I see and not what some butthurt poster on here says.

And what good did it do the men running the team and calling the plays?

Lose on purpose, and you have no choice but to blow everything up and start again, because you have poisoned the culture of your team.

The gm and coach has been tanking the past two years.

I think his first win comes this week against the Browns.

No point in tanking. We'll pick top three anyway.

But how can it work in our favor? We already have our QB. Are we tanking for the 1st pick so we can trade it? I mean really?

Secure the 1st pick and trade for a King's ransom...someone wants Mariotta!

Quote:IMO,  trying to build a winning culture should take precedent over the benefits of what a higher draft pick could provide the Jaguars.  Losing is a cycle that's difficult to break.   For a team to make a major jump forward,   experiencing winning goes along way in making this a reality.

Is it tanking when the team has only one realistic shot at winning?
