Hasn't Gus done the same thing?

 

 

WIth CHad henne , an atricous o-line , a first round stud who is currently on IR (Joeckel) ,a secondary full of rookies and FAs and monstrous roster turnover. Im sorry but Kelly inherited a much better team that even before he got there had explosive weapons and a talnted but uncoordinated defense.

 

Another poster said something about Andy Reid getting a bad wrap and i believe it. He had the offense clicking as well even with Vick for a period.

 

At this point i feel Bradley to be the better coach on a worse team.

Chip Kelly has Shady McCoy,  DeSean Jackson, Foles. Cooper, Boykin, Cox, etc.

 

We have a gutted roster and have risen from the 7th circle of hell.

 

Gus over Chip Kelly. And twice on Sundays.

 

Taking nothing away from the great job Chip Kelly and his staff have done,  one thing in addition to what you mentioned that has really helped Kelly and co. this season,  is the Eagles Offensive Line has stayed intact.  That unit is playing with cohesion that's associated with continuity.   Last season,  Andy Reid and his staff had to deal with an Eagles Offensive Line that was decimated by injuries.

I Hate to make the point, but Last year we lost a lot of OT games early in the season, and maybe if we would have won those, the team wouldn't have quit on MM and would have won more games down the backend stretch.  

 

Also if you look at how Gabbert was progressing and how god what is the offensive Coordinator for oakland atm that actually has gone threw three Qb's and made them look viable at a time, if he doesn't get injured and miss playing time last year there might have been possibility he wouldn't have regressed so much this year.

Gabbert don't have it. You can't play well if you are scared and lacking instincts for the position. Thats really the bottom line, Its why he's failed at the NFL level and why he'll never be a good starter in this league. If he's lucky he can try to stretch out a career as a backup somewhere.

Well, this team lost a lot of blowout losses this year and didn't win a game in the first 8 (unlike MM last year) and the team hasn't quit on Bradley.

 

I think players want to play for a coach or they don't. 

 

Right now, the players are still playing hard for Bradley, and that speaks volumes.
