Jill Stein files for recount in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan

#41

Politico reported that:

Quote:The Obama administration said it has seen no evidence of hackers tampering with the 2016 presidential election, even as recount proceedings began in Wisconsin.

“We stand behind our election results, which accurately reflect the will of the American people,” a senior administration official told POLITICO late Friday.

“The federal government did not observe any increased level of malicious cyber activity aimed at disrupting our electoral process on election day,” the official added. “We believe our elections were free and fair from a cybersecurity perspective.”

I'm a bit confused by the Trumpettes. They were worried about voter fraud before the election and now seem to be getting upset by any recounts?

I don't think anybody is upset. It is more laughable than anything that Stein got an additional 7M to fund the green party and a woman who already conceded the election decided to hop onboard the recount.

People sounded upset.

Recount won't hurt will it? May uncover all that voter fraud you were talking about before the election.

It won't hurt anything except the pockets of the donors. What are the odds of not 1, but 3 states being reversed via a recount?

If you say so. I'm not seeing anyone upset by it...most people are laughing because the poop fit everyone was having cuz they thought it would be Trump doing this kind of thing. You know...worst thing that came out of the debates in the history of all debates. Bwwahhaahha

There was concern because we caught these people on tape admitting that they try and rig elections.  There has been no such evidence put forward by the Clinton/Stein Campaign.

Moreover, the presidential election is the biggest electoral event in the country.  It's inherently devisive and requires a long time for the country to heal, especially in a circumstance where the campaign was this negative.  That's why historically there have been few if any Challenges.  Historians now think it's possible that the 1960 election may have been stolen for kennedy.  Nixon was a paranoid borderline sociopath, but even he understood the ramifications of challenging the results of an election, even with cause.

Bush V. Gore was unique in that the presidency was ultimately decided by 537 votes after the state had been initially called for Gore in a state run by the brother of the governor from Texas.  It was understandable to have a challenge in that regard.  Even in that instance, at the conclusion of the recount Al Gore stated that he would not seek nor would he accept the support of an elector that was pledged to support Bush.

We have a free, fair, and pretty clear result in three states with nearly 30k votes in WI, more than 10k in a freshly certified count in MI and nearly 60k votes in PA and these people are openly encouraging rioting in the streets, electors are receiving hate mail and death threats while being openly solicited to switch their allegiance and now we have a subversion smear campaign to try and taint the entire electoral process .

After december 19th, should Trump (as expected) receive the required 270 electoral votes to become President of the United States, the most important thing is that people remember THIS IS WHO THESE PEOPLE ARE!  Reality doesn't matter, votes don't matter, democracy doesn't matter, the rule of law doesn't matter, fairness doesn't matter, results don't matter.  The only thing that matters to these people are power and ideology.  They will burn a hundred flags/constitutions if it means advancing globalist secular progressivism.

This is an embarassment to our country, this is a blight against the electoral process, and it should be the beginning of a long walk in the wilderness for the AMerican left, Gosh knows theyve earned it.

Also, I think that this is another insult to the work of Scott Walker.  He didn't have the primary season that he wanted, but by gosh for the last few years he has put his head to the grindstone carving an electoral path for the GOP through a rusty steel wall.  He faced protests, bussed in union muscle, a recall election and Lord only knows what else.  He earned three electoral wins advocating conservative principles and solutions.  That's the groundwork that lead to Wisconsin being called on November 8th not this Russia ate my Homework Crap.  Michigan elected a republican governor and started enacting right to work laws because high taxes and bad trade deals have lead to a 50% unemployment rate in some towns where the evil corporations decided to up and leave.

Michael Moore warned them, Bill Clinton tried to tell them, The polling in those three states shrunk to within the margin of error within the last two weeks of the election and we all saw what happened.  Donald Trump out campaigned the woman by 50%, she never made 1 trip to Wisconsin.  He won this thing fair and square.

The level of intellectual dishonesty that this requires is striking.

What were the odds when Rutherford B. Hayes won his election the same way? Three of three states had to reverse their vote in a re-count, and all three did. Hayes went to bed on election night thinking he lost, but after weeks of controversy, he ended up winning the most contested election in history.

Hillary is joining in now. Looks like she doesn't accept the results.

Didn't we have a big discussion about Trump not accepting the results and how "dangerous" it was?

Indeed, it's just horrifying that Clinton won't accept the results.

Just in case the libs have some plan to fix this re-count in their favor, the repubs should have a re-count in a state that's enough to offset the results back in Trump's favor. Looking at the blue state results, their best best would be Minnesota which has 10 electoral votes with Clinton winning by a mere 44,000 votes, or 1.5 percent. In other words, if Hillary gets Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, but Trump gets Minnesota, Trump still wins.

Not a chance in hell Hillary gets any of those states. It does look like Trump is bringing Virginia and New Hampshire into play, though. They should also recount Maine and Nevada if we are playing this game as well.

I still think it is an extreme long shot any states come close to flipping.

Succesfully trolled Donald, eliciting a beautiful, classic, childish twitter meltdown.

So presidential.  Of both Jill and Donald.

Yet it is the Democrats who, again, look like completely foolish hypocrites. It wasn't a month ago the Democrats were crying and moaning about DJT possibly not accepting the results. Yet here we are today, Hillary Clinton and her cronies throwing a tantrum refusing to accept they literally got BLOWN THE FLIP OUT.

The democrats haven't been the ones going on twitter rants lying about the popular vote, or screaming UNFAIR! at every turn.

That would be Donald.

Like he always does.  So easily baited, just like his supporters.

As for hypocrisy, I'm following badger's Trump promise tracker, with interest.  He will break, or only partially meet, every single one of them.
