After that first half, I did not expect a game to be that fun to watch. That boy balled out.

Georgia should have run the ball more early in the second half. Fromm’s interception with GA up 13 killed momentum.

All Georgia had to do was prevent the big play after that sack. They knew this QB could throw deep. Why didn't they have everyone drop into in coverage?

They had cover 2 called which should have covered deep edge seems. But sanders blew it and got looked off. He got caught cheating to the center.
This [BLEEP] game made me sick last night and early this morning. They had the momentum. Right when they picked that kid off in the 3rd quarter they had a chance to march downfield and make it a three possession game. Instead they got cute and caught and turned it right back over and from there on out the momentum stayed within Alabama's grasp.
Kirby Smart got out coached and outfoxed by his teacher. Kudos to him for making a tough decision by going with the unknown rookie. Hurts wasn't able to get it done and he identified that and rolled the dice. It paid off in the end. But Kirby got too damn conservative, too damn predictable and too damn soft on defense. And that's what killed us. You cannot play conservative in football. Especially in college football where more guys tend to blow assignments, blocks or discipline. Just can't afford it. The fact that they kept trying to run Chubb all night right into that front seven was aggravating. It didn't work in the first half. They kept going to it in the second half and it ultimately cost us this game. So frustrating. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? That slight hesitation allowed the receiver to blow by the coverage and score the TD. I just wonder why they didn't drop back automatically, without that hesitation. It was 2nd and very long. Everyone in that stadium knew they were gonna pass. (01-09-2018, 01:25 AM)TheO-LineMatters Wrote: All Georgia had to do was prevent the big play after that sack. They knew this QB could throw deep.
