Really??

They damn sure were aware of it the first time we met.
They hit that little shallow crosser on Loyd 6 times in that game. (no exaggeration - actual number)
In fact - it was what they put on tape against him that led Philly to completely exploit him the following week.

Two weeks later he was getting benched.

Caldwell will work to continue alternating Muma in on passing packages, but I'd fully expect that OC to seek out Lloyd in coverage when he can. Hopefully Caldwell calls packages more efficiently this go 'round.

Bruh...

They were doing that when they had Lloyd as a pass defending LB...  He's not playing that same position anymore...

So you think that they will audible out of a rush into a pass play to try and exploit a 5 yard pass, while Cisco and Jenkins are waiting to finish up that type of play.

Chargers never chunked us.  Even with Lloyd's weakness.  That's what I said.  There were no chunk plays.

Lloyd god benched because they kept trying to keep him in during pass heavy plays.  There's a difference, my man.

Lloyd is absolutely playing the same position.

He's just not in on as many pass defense packages as he was before.

Any OC worth his salt can send in plays to get him caught in those rub routes or pre snap misdirections when he's on the field.

Thank you.

This is exactly what I was saying. Any OC in this league will try to exploit the other teams weaknesses. In my eyes, that's Lloyd in passing situtations.

Playing with house money. Good to be in the playoffs. Build on it and lets go.

Team goes as far as Lawrence takes them. Defense has been mediocre but random spurts of impactful plays. We have to score points and avoid going to KC as long as we can.

Tell them Christmas comes every year but the Jags playoffs only come around once every 5 years.

Keenan Allen healthy this time.

Looks like a similar game to last time except Allen in over Williams and Herbert healthy obviously

Herbert was in really bad condition fresh off of his bruised ribs in week 3

This is what makes us the most dangerous in the playoffs.

No one expected us to be here, so why not pull out all the stops?

They said on last night's game before Det ran that lateral late that almost got the 1st down "I don't know what was scarier. A lions team needing a win, or a Lions team with nothing to lose"

That's how I feel about this game, we have NOTHING to lose here. This season is a win however it ends at this point. Let's make some noise

The defense has been “bend but don’t break” for most of the season and has produced at least one game changing turnover almost every week.
I was a Bolts fan before the Jags got a team so I always love when these two teams play. Herbert is the goods, and Allen/Williams is a great one/two punch. Looking forwards to a great game Saturday."

"OK buddy, The Chargers have to much star power for your team! You're going to be disappointed after this game bring a hankerchief! The titans gave you everything you could handle with their back up QB! Sounds like you are pretty much a band wagon fan based on your flip flopping away from the Chargers."

If the Packers made it, them vs the 49ers were 100% going to be in the prime time slot over us.

Didn’t even know the Bolts still had enough fans to generate an active online forum. They should be worried about generating a home field advantage someday rather than thinking this game is a lock. It isn’t for EITHER team. Gonna be a good game!

Williams was carted off yesterday against the Broncos. Joey Bosa was also hampered or taken out of the game with an injury. Herbert's good to go though now. His ribs aren't a factor. He's been making some crazy [BLEEP] throws since then.

This game is going to need another strong performance from Josh Allen and Travon Walker and the linebackers have to be ready for Ekeler in the passing game. Keenan Allen is also in for this game I believe and he's a savvy veteran at this point in his career. Can quietly kill you on drives like Keenan McCardell used to do during his prime.

Going to be fun.

Herbert is fake.  Has the most 4th quarter INTs since he came into the NFL.

Jags by 14.

Talent wise we are right there with them. Let everybody from the gambling houses to the media, etc underestimate us. We shall see who shows up Saturday night. Bolts are not all they are cracked up to be.

Fun Fact: Brandon Staley's Chargers are 1-5 when replaying an opponent during the season.

Now the caveat is that all those games were regular season in-division games, but it further cements that we have the better coaching staff going into this game.

Chargers definitely have more star players, but yes the overall talent for the teams is pretty close.

I think we get some advantage from the schedule. Chargers have one less day of recovery and preparation, and they have to travel all the way across the country. And, of course, we'll be at home in our home stadium. I think that's worth a few points.
