Shad seems like a good owner. An overly patient owner. There's a few bright spots on this team that can be built around and they at least have four first round picks over the next two years to work with as well.

This really shouldn't be that hard of a sell for Khan. He just needs to go out there and find the right football people. Been saying it. And I'll keep saying it.

A Borgonzi / Bieniemy pairing from the Chiefs or Paton / Stefanski pairing from the Vikings might just be the kick start this team needs to get it corrected.

Ron Rivera might be the best potential hire at this point. He’s had experience as a head coach. He has a winning record. Hire him, get him a good OC and QB coach to mentor Minshew, and watch the team improve.

Obviously the front office needs an overhaul as well. I don’t know what the best up and coming execs are. Will Mcclay has done well in Dallas but no one has been able to pry him away

Was it one of those hover rounds? If so my cuz Ray Ray went to the Grand Canyon with one. He will probably make it to the next game if it’s a hoveround.
