Russia invades Ukraine

So, I'd like to ask the Russian supporters on this message board, what is your reaction to the bridge linking Russia to Crimea being blown up? How do you think Russia will respond to that, and how do you think they should respond to it?

Crimea bridge could be a terrorist attack or could be a missile or drone from the water or air. Depending on what it is, may cause a larger response.

The Chechens may not be happy with this or the response. It could also be Chechens who did it as there is always displeasure with Russia there.

Ukraine supporters could have done this without any involvement with the military. The military could have sent a missile. US could have also used a water based drone which may have also attacked the pipelines.

Russia is claiming it was just a truck but will have to see if anyone takes credit or more video comes out. Looks more like something hit from the water to cause the piece of the road to fail into the water intact and not be blown into pieces.

All recent actions have been trying to get Russia to respond. There appears to be heavy foreign involvement with the counterattack. Russia has retreated to not take heavy loses when normally their strategy doesn't care about loses.

If they want to attack now, they don't have any forces that would be affected.

Crimea could also be looking to attack Russia while they are busy elsewhere.

Edit: saw more video and the supports look fine and supposedly the bridge will reopen for some traffic. Looks like a truck bomb may be true.

So now Putin has accused Ukraine of terrorism, and in response, he carried out his 987th terror attack on Ukrainian cities.

I know you don't want the truth but Russia hasn't been attacking civil targets. Ukraine has and previously they killed a bunch of civilians with their constant bombings for years.. Ukraine has blown up their own bridges.

This wasn't a military bombing, this was an attack on a civilian road side of a bridge that is a status symbol for Russia. They are trying to get Russia to attack them in similar areas. They were already saying they needed more money because Russia was going to crush them after this.

Look we are winning, then begging for more money the next day. It's all a scam to launder money.

Some yes. Russia has used kid gloves in this "war" as they warned people to leave areas before attacking. They also didn't bomb civilians and any civilians hit were collateral from military using those buildings.

Look at today, everyone claims Russia bombs Germany consulate.... turns out the building is empty and if being used it's not the Germans as they are gone.

Today Russia hit Kiev and many other places to take out lots of infrastructure and military targets. I'm sure there are some deaths from civilians today. This is really the first major showing of force by Russia in these population centers.

Russia may or may not issue a 48 window to end the fighting.

Hopefully this wakes the people up in the big cities to demand their leaders stop this before they get them killed. Before this most people in the cities really weren't affected for the most part other than shortages of some things.

Stop doing what?  Defending their own country?  And since when are apartment buildings and schools legitimate military targets?

Where do you get these crazy ideas?  Do you have a link to whatever is your source of information?

Apartment and schools are targets when the military is using them and the people have long left, are being held captive, or are shooting. All 3 of those have happened in apartments, homes, schools, malls, hospitals, etc so far. It's well documented if you just look past the MSM sources.

What are they defending? Territory that didn't want to be part of Ukraine to begin with? Territory that they constantly bombed and sent death squads into for the past 8 years? Defending the West and NATOs view on what should happen to Russia?

The people are primarily going about their daily lives in the major cities. They aren't affected by this much. Now that they are affected, they need to choose if they want to risk their lives for the elites. Russia hasn't advanced past the areas that have chosen to join Russia. One of the leaders in Crimea said that Russia was holding back way too much and that the rules were finally be changed. He said they should have done this from the beginning and Ukraine would have folded by May.

Winter is coming and while the rest of the EU freezes, Ukraine will do it while a war is ongoing unless they wise up and find peace.

You are spouting pure Russian propaganda.  It makes me wonder who you really are.

"They aren't affected by this much. Now that they are affected..."  You contradict yourself.  Are they affected or not?

You say you "look past the MSM sources."  Where is that?  Can you provide a link?  Where is the evidence that an apartment or school is a legitimate military target?  Where is the evidence, or even a source, for anything else in the above post?

I gave up trying to get him to post his sources. It’s pretty obvious why he won’t show them. I’ve relegated his ramblings to Alex Jones status.

Yes there is propaganda on both sides. What I'm talking about is the Ukrainian stuff that they claimed Russia did and then Russia released their video showing the full picture.

I don't have links for things that happened months ago. Maybe if I have time I'll find some for you. You should instead look at sources from all sides and not just take the MSM side as truth.
