Yes this has already been clarified.  In the pregame show before the Jags game, they said he wasn't going to start, but was going to play.  My mistake.  For the tenth time.

Well, this season is in the toilet no matter what.  Imagine if Monroe were still here and he got that leg whip and he went out.  He won't get resigned and we get nothing for him.

 

 

Right now, the future of this franchise is on the GM.  May's draft is critical.

 

 

It really sucks being in early October and hoping for the draft.
