Jill Stein files for recount in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan

Quote:The democrats haven't been the ones going on twitter rants lying about the popular vote, or screaming UNFAIR! at every turn.

That would be Donald.

Like he always does.  So easily baited, just like his supporters.

As for hypocrisy, I'm following badger's Trump promise tracker, with interest.  He will break, or only partially meet, every single one of them.

Trump is the only one with any sort of evidence to back his claims up. The Democrats literally have nothing.

Could non-citizens decide the November election?

STATEMENT REGARDING TRUMP’S CLAIM OF ILLEGAL VOTING

"HOUSTON, TX. – November 27, 2016: True the Vote (TTV), the nation's leading voters’ rights and election integrity organization, today released a statement with respect to President-Elect Donald Trump’s claim that “millions” of individuals illegally voted in the 2016 Election.

“True the Vote absolutely supports President-elect Trump’s recent comment about the impact of illegal voting, as reflected in the national popular vote. We are still collecting data and will be for several months, but our intent is to publish a comprehensive study on the significant impact of illegal voting in all of its many forms and begin a national discussion on how voters, states, and the Trump Administration can best address this growing problem.”"

Looks like Jill Stein and the Democrat's fantasy of overturning the election is tumbling down, down, down...

Then Donald got his panties in a wad over nothing, just like he always does.

Which is why I didn't vote for him, and now hope he learns on the job to stop doing it all the time.  IF he's so sure that he's the most popular guy in the country, he should start acting like it, and when these challenges come up, say "Go ahead with your recount.  You'll get to lose twice."

The man just can't take a diss... well, like a man.

Guess it doesn't matter if you voted for him or not, eh?

Nope.

So why is Donald the only one with the twitter tantrums?  He won, time to start acting like a damn winner instead of a whiner.

I'm sure he'll be just fine. Give him his chance like we had to give The Overlord Hussein Obama.

I didn't realize that pointing out the hypocrisy of the left regarding the election results and using their own words against them was considered getting his panties in a wad...

Quote:What were the odds when Rutherford B. Hayes won his election the same way? Three of three states had to reverse their vote in a re-count, and all three did. Hayes went to bed on election night thinking he lost, but after weeks of controversy, he ended up winning the most contested election in history.
The counting and recording of votes is much different since 1877...The likelihood that the votes were miscalculated to the extent of overturning the winner is pretty slim in 2016...I could see back in 1877 and before it easily being manipulated  without any notice

It was a close election.

You know better than that.  Or maybe you don't.

And it's not the message, it's the method of delivering it that constitutes getting his panties in a wad.  Even Nixon wouldn't have acted like such a juvenile.

I don't remember seeing anyone say it was okay for Trump to do this kind of thing if it was a close election. You love to point out "hypocrisy", here's your chance. But we both know you won't...

Trump reacted with a mere tweet, saying, "Hillary Clinton conceded the election when she called me just prior to the victory speech and after the results were in. Nothing will change."

Except that's not what's happening.

In 3 close states, a recount was requested by Stein, denied, and we're moving on.  Those pesky "dems" and "libs" admit as much.

As for the social media thing, don't pretend what Donald is doing is normal.  It's not normal for grown men to do this.  Kanye West doesn't even do this.  Donald can't seem to stop the angry tweet habit.  Feel free to call it presidential, but we both know better.  If Hillary were doing this you'd call her a.. a.. a...

Seriously, I can't even think of anyone else who does this but Donald.

The party that's against a voter ID believes that voter fraud happened?

I wonder if there's a way that could help prevent voter fraud. Anyone know?

The only reason it's not happening here is because it wasn't allowed to happen. Don't act like those pesky dems and libs weren't right there in it before they found out it wasn't going to work. It's easy to "move on" once it's been denied, isn't it?

"Hillary Clinton's campaign said Saturday it will take part in efforts to push for recounts in several key states, joining with Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who has raised millions of dollars to have votes counted again in Wisconsin."

"Hillary Clinton's campaign said Saturday it will take part in efforts to push for recounts in several key states, joining with Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who has raised millions of dollars to have votes counted again in Wisconsin."

And what part will Hillary's team take in those efforts?

"The Clinton campaign is participating in the Wisconsin recount process. Marc Elias, general counsel to the Clinton campaign, expressed skepticism, saying that the campaign had “not uncovered any actionable evidence of hacking or outside attempts to alter the voting technology,” but that they would participate in the recount “in order to ensure the process proceeds in a manner that is fair to all sides.”

Propublica article

That's hardly a "contested" election, y'all.  That's a resigned, "sure, if Stein wants a recount, we'll send a couple lawyers to Wisconsin just in case."

Im seeing some kind of wallet sized card that one could easily carry on the person, maybe made of plastic. Hey, maybe it could have your picture on it and you'd have to get a new one every few years. We could use it for all kinds of things like banking, driving, flying...seems to have all sorts of every day uses. Sounds racist and hard to implement though.
