IND and HOU win

#61

If we win 1 more, I'll be happy on the progress of the team. Because I said as such in the beginning of the season, 5 will make me happy.

Quote:The Falcons are just awful. IDK why they try to lose so much.

It's their defense that's just so bad. Their offense piled on a nice lead, but their defense just couldn't hold.

Actually if you look at the teams the Jaguars have lost to, they're not that bad. The Panthers are still undefeated. The Colts and Texans have beat some good teams. And the Bucs just put up a 40-burger on the Eagles. Even the Ravens just beat the Rams.

BTW, I noticed something interesting in the Ravens game That is, the Rams had a shot at a 52-yard game winning FG and missed... then the Ravens had a shot at a 51-yard game winning FG and missed. This is the same place where just last week our kicker nailed a 53-yard game winning FG.

Quote:we got like 6 games left. its possible that winning just 3 of those (divisional matchups) would win us the division

Unlikely. Colts and Texans play another game, so one of those teams is mathematically assured of 6 wins (absent tying). Both still get to play the Titans. So one of them is extremely likely to be sitting at 7+ wins. If the Colts beat the Texans and Titans, they win the division tiebreak with a 5-1 record at worst of Jax's 4-2 at best.

The AFC South isn't going to be won at 7-9. That made sense three weeks ago, but not after Indy and Houston each went 2-0 when the commentators expected 0-2.8-8 probably won't be enough, and second-place team in the AFC South is credibly in the wild card race as well.
