I just feel like Jamal Adams may be the best talent available at #4.  The question is, do you want him on your team for 10 years or do you want to face him 2x a year for 10 years when the Titans draft him?

You're bad if you can't stay healthy. Hopefully he gets to play this year. If not, Ramsey wearing 23 would look great.

I'd love for Ramsey to have his desired/endorsed #23 but that'll mean that I'd have to buy his new Jersey.
