I would not call that a great drive. Cam Newton was actually sacked twice, but one did not count because of HTH contact. But it was definitely entertaining.

It is called 49ers defense. Navorro Bowman is a beast. Cam was good at getting the ball out more often than not when he was under pressure.

I'm talking about his back to back sacks that knocked both him and his team out of field goal range. He had time on both plays, and took sacks on both.

Cam gets too visibly down when they zoom into his face on the sidelines. He needs to learn to keep his emotions under control. On a side note, the towel that he wears over his head which he tucks into his jersey as if it's a cowl is very annoying to me. Maybe it's just me.

My overall take of this game is the Panthers lack of playoff experience as a team,  compared to the playoff seasoned 49ers,  was the biggest difference in the outcome.  The Panthers lost their composure repeatedly.   The 49ers were aware of this and coaxed the Panthers into making more mistakes.  That helped put them behind by double digits,   which played to the 49ers strengths on both sides of the ball.    As a result,   the sacks by the 49ers Defense didn't come as a suprise.
