Khan has done nothing in regards to actions when it comes to football operations.  That is the one (and most important area) where he is absolutely clueless.

The GM is responsible for hiring the coach AND drafting the QB - and Gus has failed at both.  He's gone after this season.

If keeping Gus has been all Caldwell and not Khan, then I have to agree with this.

Yep, I went from being fine if he stayed or goes to now being upset if he stays. A Linder here and a Telvin there just doesn't make up for missing horribly on the coach and 3 top 5 drafts picks. 

 

We need a complete full measure front office/coaching staff clean up.

In all fairness, you do get top 5 picks that are busts.  But not the number of picks the Jags have had.  We're just flat out awful - by far the worst drafting team in the NFL.  Bust after bust.  

 

Caldwell hasn't done enough to justify another QB and another HC, especially after giving Gus an extension.  It would be different if there were some level of improvement, but the team is just as bad now as it was in year one of the rebuild.  By all measures, this team is still just plain horrible in every statistical category on both offense and defense, and we continue to set new records - in a bad way.  

 

Ticket sales are going to plummet next year.   But hey, they've always got the London game. Maybe Khan will push for two or three in the future.
