Dave Caldwell needs to go right along with Gus

Outside of the no brainers 95% of the fans would of taken with Ramsey and Jack, what has Caldwell done? First of all he hired the worst coach in NFL history. 2013 draft every player has sucked that he drafted. 2014, Allen was a good pick, Linder, Covin, and Telvin were all good picks. 2015, Fowler to early to tell, Yeldon should of been a mid round pick, Cann a meh pick. Out of his 4 drafts and drafted top 5 in all 4 I think Caldwell has not brought in the talent a good GM would of done drafting top 5 in every draft. His free agency pick ups have been average at best. We all know Gus is horrible but Dave needs to go right out the door with him. Bring in a new GM and let him draft his QB

Myles Yannick Arob Hurns Linder Telvin Colvin Thats basically all the good players hes drafted in 3 drafts. Only one of them is a first rounder. You cant tell me hes good at drafting.
agreed......been saying that....this roster is STILL trash as is HIS coach he hired AND his "franchise" QB that I am DONE supporting. #Rebuild2016
I'm OK with Caldwell. It seems the players have all checked out on this coaching staff and if that's the case it's not all on Caldwell. I'm willing to give him another chance to find a new coach albeit as long as it doesn't hinder hiring a top notch guy who wants full control. He'd be on a really tight leash though.

Yep I agree. The hiring of Bradley overshadows all of his good mid round picks and talent acquisition , boggles my mind how bad of a HC he is.
He is also a complete hypocrite, preaches constant improvement but has stayed a [BLEEP] HC his entire time in the league. Well I hope your happy Gus its the last time you'll ever be a head coach in the NFL.
It angers me to see Bortles who can't complete a 3 yard pass while QB after QB looks 10x better than him.
