"The Defense Department, with the stroke of a pen, has quietly codified its right to deploy lethal force against its own citizens.

This is not a drill—the reissue of Directive 5240.01 is a declaration of intent.

The military, an entity designed for external enemies, now turns its gaze inward, poised to act with deadly precision when the inevitable clash of wills erupts.

This is design. They anticipate conflict, and in their anticipation, they prepare the battlefield—our streets, our homes, our lives. And they will strike with the full force of a war machine built to crush foreign adversaries but now aligned to dismantle internal dissent.

The facade of representative government crumbles as the state arms itself, not just with weapons, but with the legal and bureaucratic tools to enact violence under the guise of "order."

What was once unthinkable is now written, approved, and ready to be executed. This is not preparation for defense; this is preparation for domination.

Be warned: when the state moves in silence, it is because it expects resistance.

Martial law was always the goal."

Liz Cheney is extremely corrupt..

BREAKING: The House Oversight Committee obtained Cassidy Hutchinson’s Signal messages.

Hutchinson was directly communicating with Liz Cheney, and indirectly through Alyssa Farrah, as Cheney was leading the January 6 Committee.

Cheney also helped Hutchinson get new lawyers

More information on what Winger posted about that directive. It's the only non PDF link I could find. I haven't read the whole thing yet, just a few bullet points.

In a better world, this wouldn't matter. It also gives Trump the ability to end all the left antifa groups.

Realistically you never want the government to have this power because it could be used by evil people and most people running for President aren't good people.

Thanks for the link.
As of 10/11, it is much harder to get near the White House and the Capitol building.  At the Capitol, streets are closed that are not normally closed.  At the White House, the adjacent parks have barriers going through them.  All of "President's park" is inaccessible.  These changes are scheduled to continue through February.
Even so, there have been ordinary protests and rallies in the national mall area n the past week, just not near the "high value targets".
All of this goes together.  They are trying not to let any Jan 6 type situation happen again.  The authority to assist local police is now distributed to many more people so the assistance will come faster.

ELON MUSK: "We want to have a smaller government. The larger the government gets, the less individual freedom you have. Your freedom has been eroded yearly with more and more government laws, regulations, and regulatory authorities.

There are 428 federal agencies. What do you need 428 agencies for? Why do you even need 100? This is crazy. Every one of them is chipping away at your freedom.

It's essential for us to unwind that process and restore your personal freedom. With that will come great prosperity and personal happiness."

So the Dems are preparing for civil war if they try to steal the election again?

You don't say?

You literally can not follow the law with that much government. There is no way a human can understand what they can or can not do with that many government agencies writing rules and regulations.

Almost all of those laws are commercial laws that have exemptions for small producers and small buyers. They are not necessarily good laws, as they usually stifle competition, but they also don't apply to you.

We have a congress that is tasked with passing laws. Non elected people in agencies have no business making laws.

Yeah technically when an agency passes it, it's called a regulation.  But it's still legally binding.

I agree with you that Congress should be doing more of this work, but they don't really do anything anymore but fight.  We need to elect members that want to work and don't want to fight.

My opinion this is a root cause of many issues. These are laws not regulations if they are legally binding. This should require approval of the congress. (and no blanket approval)

Unfortunately the APA and CRA require the President to agree before Congress can nullify one of these regulations.   It's a one way ratchet that will always increase executive power unless a President stops it (and Trump did not fix this issue in his four years) or Congress overrides his veto.  If the agency can add a regulation without Congress's participation, Congress should be allowed to cancel the regulation (but not the law) without the President's participation.

You're right about this being a root cause of many issues. Congress should be more assertive and take their power back.

Of course it was staged.
Anything a political candidate does in public on camera is staged.
They were not treating him like a random guy on his first day, and everyone in the drive thru line were hand-picked.  No one was surprised to see him.

It was planned. You think Trump can just walk into an establishment and serve the people, without protection from The USSS? He's already had two attempts on his life (that we're aware of). It needs to be planned because there's a ton of you guys out there that want him dead.

I'd say to use your head for once, but you'd probably use the wrong one.. Still visiting those gay websites?

I love the Newsweek story and the typical narrative of the biased MSM. They say Donald Trump’s assertion that Kamala Harris never worked at McDonald’s is “unsubstantiated”, yet they have never substantiated Harris’s claim that she actually worked there. You can’t make this stuff up.
